We are inviting individuals who are friendly, reliable and hospitable to join our team as service crew -- Baker/Cashier. Someone who is a natural multi -tasker, enjoys working in a team and maintains a positive attitude at all times.

- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Essential responsibilities below, which can include, but not limited to:
1. Dough Preparation - Dough transferring / proofing / retarding / topping / filling
2. Bake the products in the outlet to the highest standard expected.
3 Providing excellent customer service interaction and experience - Greet customers and Handle enquiries.
4. Taking orders and Packing products for customers.
5. Process customer transactions through the cash register
6. Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks
7. Familiarise with product offerings to be able to promote, cross-sell and upsell.
8. Ensure the cleanliness of outlet counter, equipment and utensils in outlet are well maintained.
8. Effective communications with outlet team members

- COMPETENCIES

- 1. Any Food & Beverage Experience / Training / Qualification is a plus.
2. Ability to read, calculate and follow recipes.
3. Efficiently communicate both verbally and in written form
4. Physically strong — Ability to stand for extended time, and lift heavy items when necessary (~ lift 50 pounds)
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
