**7) FULL-TIME ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE (CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS)**
**The Job**:
- Corporate Communications - Support internal and external communication initiatives, including speech writing, banners, posters, notice boards, e-newsletters, LCD Panels, brand messaging and other ad-hoc requirements.
- Social Media Management - Plan, create and schedule engaging content across our social media platforms. Monitor engagement, track performance and optimize strategies.
- Content Creation - Develop compelling copy, visuals, and multimedia content for social media, website and other corporate materials.
- Website Management - Update and maintain the company website, ensuring fresh and relevant content, work closely with Marketing Team on SEO Optimization and smooth functionality.
- Design Support - Assist in creating visual assets for social media, website and marketing materials.
- Assist Assistant Manager (Corporate Communications) to liaise with Publicity & Engagement Committee to get the contents vetted in a timely manner.
- Assist Assistant Manager (Corporate Communications) to liaise with various departments, suppliers, external parties to roll out communication plans/ Club’s updates & news in a timely fashion. Event Management - Assist in major/ad-hoc club events with duties such as sponsorship arrangements, VIP invitations, promotional materials, draft speeches, photography and serving as emcee.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication/Public Relations or related disciplines with 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Preferably some experience in the areas of communication, public relations or journalism
- Good command of English (written and verbal)
- An eye for detail
- Knowledge of Photoshop and/or Canva will be an advantage Flair for writing, initiative, enthusiastic, creative and organising/planning ability
**Additional Information**:
- 5-day work week (Mon to Fri)
- Working hours: 8:00am to 5:15pm **OR** 8:30am to 5:45pm
- Staff transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT station
