**SEA Sourcing Lead**

**R**eporting to the Director, Sourcing and Trading APAC, this position oversees the team of Sourcing managers and SDS in Singapore. The position is the owner of the feedstock strategy for respective feedstock / geographies, coordinates with team members strategy design and execution. The Sourcing Lead creates strategy and coordinates action plans for the geographies and executes together with the Sourcing Manager. The Sourcing Lead is a good communicator both internally and externally, and is able to adapt to situations with different counterparties and provide guidance to the team on various aspects. Key priorities are Volume potential growth, developing resilient and efficient supply chains that give Neste a competitive advantage.**

**T**he additional scope of APAC UCO Lead requires close collaboration with Global lead for the UCO feedstock, coordinate market intelligence, position overview and ability to cascade down effectively key purchasing direction for APAC area.

**T**he Sourcing Lead works closely with the Director, Sourcing and Trading APAC in reporting progress of the strategy deployment.**

**Your role in our team**

**Supplier Relationship**
- **Capability to identify business development opportunities with key stakeholders in the value chain**
- **In the context of Asia Sourcing, develop and take lead on supplier relationships, including identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers. Actively work towards the consistent increase of supply counterparties available to in the geography under responsibility**
- **Following supplier segmentation exercise, develop a plan/relationship per supplier according to potential impact to Neste**

**Strategic**
- **Design contribution and implementation of Supply sourcing Strategy in the respective geography**
- **Work as part of the Global Feedstock Org. to develop Neste’s positioning in the markets to increase feedstock supply portfolio**
- **Drive Quality, Regulatory and Sustainability Agenda in line with Global/Local Policies**

**Operational**
- **Develop accurate market information/analysis on market trade flows and practices.**
- **Negotiate needed contracts with suppliers to ensure business/sales need**
- **Liaise and collaborate with multiple internal business units locally, regionally with Singapore and Globally**
- **Take constant pulse of the market, industry drivers and trend**

**Keys to success in this role**
- **Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, environmental sciences or related field (masters preferred)**
- **Minimum 5 years’ proven commercial experience on business development, trading related to agriculture commodities**
- **Proven track record of successful business development experience in Australia**
- **Experience in sourcing physical land and waterborne logistics/supply chain management**
- **Knowledge of key logistic/feedstock products legislation and regulations**
- **Superior organisational and analytical skills and attention to detail**
- **Strong written and verbal communications skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service**
