- At least 5 years of leadership and management experience in an educational setting is preferred
- Educator at heart with strong facilitation skills
- Nurturing, collaborative leader & mentor
- Skilled relationship builder & clear communicator
- Organised, reliable & operationally competent
- Champion of safe, positive & inclusive Spaces
- Passionate about socio-emotional literacy & executive function developmentBilingual (Chinese) coaching ability is a bonus

**As a Brave Feats Assistant Principal / Principal, you will be expected to**:

- Oversee the planning and teaching & learning of the BF curriculum & programme
- Nurture collaborative and learning culture
- Lead, manage and mentor teachers to co-design & deliver BF Curriculum
- Build & sustain good relationships with parents, partners and community
- Oversee admin and ops functionsMaintain positive physical space

**Our Working Hours and Benefits**
- Monday to Friday, 10.30am - 7pm
- 14 days Annual leave
- 14 days Medical Leave
- Professional development
- 2-year contract with end-of-contract bonus.
