We're in search of a seasoned Assistant Principal Engineer specializing in Machine Learning (ML) to aid us in crafting artificial intelligence products and production-ready machine learning models. Your role will involve steering the technical trajectory and strategy of our machine learning ventures. You'll take the reins in leading a group of skilled engineers and data scientists, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to conceive and deliver inventive resolutions to intricate business predicaments. Your proficiency and guidance will be pivotal in propelling our machine learning capabilities forward, ultimately bolstering our organization's accomplishments.

**Primary Duties**:

- Spearhead the design, fabrication, and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms.
- Provide adept technical guidance and mentorship to a cohort of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Forge close collaborations with cross-functional groups—software engineers, devOps professionals, technical managers, and domain experts—to grasp business requisites and cultivate efficacious machine learning solutions.
- Investigate and delve into novel machine learning techniques, algorithms, and frameworks to elevate the organization's competencies.
- Architect expandable and dependable machine learning systems, ensuring performance, efficiency, and manageability.
- Undertake thorough data analysis and modeling, harnessing expansive datasets to unearth valuable insights and steer judicious decision-making.

**Prerequisites**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a correlated field; a Ph.D. is an added asset.
- Demonstrated dexterity and 6-10 years of hands-on experience in conceiving and deploying machine learning models and algorithms.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++, coupled with extensive prowess in machine learning libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Profound comprehension of statistical analysis, data mining, and advanced ML methodologies.
- Established track record of steering and executing intricate machine learning undertakings, from inception to deployment.
- Proficiency in crafting and cultivating scalable and distributed machine learning systems.
- Mastery in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and manipulation of structured and unstructured data.
- Expertise in deep learning architectures, encompassing convolutional neural networks (CNNs), recurrent neural networks (RNNs), and transformer models.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving proficiencies, coupled with the capacity to think critically and engender innovative solutions.
