Here are some of the typical duties and responsibilities of a Vice Principal:

- Assist the Principal in developing and implementing school policies, programs, curriculum activities, budgets and Chinese
- Meet with parents or guardians to discuss student progress, behavior, and other related issues
- Guide, motivate and supervise teachers and other school staff, and provide constructive feedback
- Address disciplinary issues in the school and recommend interventions or solutions
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of teaching and administrative staff mainly in Chinese language
- Represent the school at meetings, public events, and conferences
- Handle scheduling of classes and extra-curricular activities
- Monitor and ensure the school and its programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations
- Assist in coordinating and managing facilities, equipment, supplies, and related resources
- Develop and implement plans and strategies to promote student and staff welfare and a positive school culture

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Principal in the overall administration of the school.
- Coordinate curriculum development and monitor its implementation.
- Mainly we need to improve our chinese language.
- Manage student services and academic counseling.
- Handle discipline and ensure a safe and secure environment for students and staff.
- Set educational standards and goals, and establish the policies and procedures to achieve them.
- Evaluate and guide staff performance, offering training and development opportunities as necessary.
- Communicate with parents, regulatory bodies and the public.
- Participate in committee meetings, staff meetings, and parent meetings.
- Keep abreast of developments in education and implement new practices where applicable.
- Contribute to the development of the school’s strategic plan.
- Must be able to work night shift and split shift
- Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
