We are currently looking for a Manager - Sales to be based in Singapore to grow our enterprise business in the region. You will be instrumental in defining the sales strategy for the region and execute the same to meet the Individual and organizational goals.

- 8-12 years of experience, along with domain knowledge in (preferably) financial services,
- Enjoy Hunting for new opportunities
- Strong selling skills with an enterprise B2B sales background in solutions / SaaS, ideally with a deep knowledge of BI / analytics / Big data / AI
- Proven experience in building strong C-level relationships in the region.
- Consultative sales skills and ability to construct and articulate strong business case and ROI, strategic account planning and execution skills.
- Created and articulated compelling value conversations with C-Level stakeholders and worked in alignment with inside stakeholders namely Customer Success, Delivery and Product teams etc
- Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals
- Managed accounts concurrently & strategically
- Worked in either a product / platform company, or an internet platform play (Salesforce, Adobe), or a digitally oriented enterprise cloud marketing platform (Oracle Marketing Cloud, SAP Hybris, IBM Watson etc.) and consulting companies

- Create region specific sales strategy and build the business in the region, including but not restricted to closure of existing deals, opening a funnel, striking partnerships etc
- To drive growth through number of users, new clients, new ARR and build long duration TCVs as a primary responsibility
- Rapidly create a new funnel of qualified prospects as per GTM plans, and aligned with the organizational goals
- Adapt the maya.ai value proposition the relevant market, appealing to needs and concerns of different types of clients
- Create & articulate compelling value conversations with C-Level stakeholders also work in alignment with inside stakeholders namely Customer Success, Product, Delivery teams etc
- Manage the end-to-end sales process and provide clear visibility on the pipeline to the leadership team.
- Build and maintain C-Level relationships in the named Enterprise Accounts
- Work closely with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended
- solutions
- Nurture the prospective clients on industry trends and innovative solutions for the key challenges across the ecosystem.
- Be open to travel when required

**Brownie points for**:

- Exposure in product / platform sales, with either solution selling or high-end SaaS / subscription model
- Expertise in selling high end full stack solutions, with exposure to: AI / big data / analytic / customer engagement / digital marketing / loyalty
- Have very strong and deep existing client network and connections among the relevant industry sectors
- Have ties to partners and tech ecosystem
- Alignment with The Crayon Box of Values - because skills can be acquired, but values cannot
