**Responsibilities**:
- To lead a team of Call Centre Agents / Customer Service Officers in providing customer service to callers
- Manage & resolve customer’s complaints & feedback.
- Support the manager in highlighting operational issues and areas for improvement.
- Assist in manpower planning of team, including leave planning.
- Ensure quality and KPI of team is met in a timely manner.
- All other ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Minimum Bachelor in any discipline.
- More than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
