Singapore AUTO BASE PTE. LTD. Full time

Supervisory role in carwash and car grooming operations at petrol stations
- Supervise staff in car washing and grooming technique
- Preferably have some basic knowledge of carwash and vehicle grooming
- Assist Operations Manager in maintenance of station cleanliness and operations
- Planning of weekly station cleanliness duty roster
- Repair & maintenance of equipment & machinery, MUST have some knowledge in machine repair
- Manage and maintain stock inventory
- Assist operations manager in reporting and collection of company’s sales proceeds
- Assist operations manager in staff adherence to company’s SOP and also perform carwash and vacuum job accordingly
- Ensure level of service quality and carwashing standards are maintained
- Responsible for staff dress code & hygiene
- Assist and report to operations manager on day-to-day business operations
- Build & maintain good rapport with customers
- Salary commences according to experience
**- Must be physically fit and able to withstand hot sun
