**Your role**

We are looking for a Technical Support Assistant to join our Edging & Mounting Lab in Singapore. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager of Singapore, and will be leading problem analysis on product returns, you will be ensuring all machines and devices run effectively to support the achievemt of production KPIs, and you'll support the development of skills of the Team Leader and the Operators.

**Main responsibilities**:

- **MAINTENANCE**:Coordinate the Maintenance Plan with Production, and ensure machines and devices are calibrated.
- **TRAINING**: coordinate and organize the training plan based on LOFT structure; evaluate training performance based on LOFT criteria.
- **TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE**: give advices to Production, Customer Service, and Sales teams on technical requirements and technical aspects of the products; lead technical visits of the Lab with Customers.
- **PRODUCTION**: contribute to Production readiness and ensure that all machines and devices are monitored and properly functioning daily.
- **HSE**: enhance safety consciousness and awareness in the workplace by respecting EHS rules and regulations.
- **ANALYSIS**: Analyzing production results and quality return, implement and follow-up corrective actions.
- **REPORTING**: prepare and update all maintenance and training reports.
- **CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT**:set the performance objectives to develop and administer special projects in areas that need improvement actions.
- OTHERS: Ensure that the Company Health, Safety and Environment policy as well as relevant safety legislations are observed and followed; Promote EssilorLuxottica’s corporate culture and values; Participate in relevant audits and ensure compliance to government institutions.

**Main requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Engineering fiels or others
- Good working knowledge of English
- 6+ years of experience in Production management function in multinational companies, and at least 3 years in Supervisory position.
- Desirable: background in 5 WHY analysis, Fishbone diagram, OEE
- Technical knowledge on machines, troubleshooting
- Good analytics skills (KPIs measurement and analysis)
- Proficient in MS Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Good interpersonal relationship, able to build effective teams
- Drive for results, able to motivating others
