Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Hire, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through clienteling and personalized interactions.
- Set and achieve sales targets, while fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and minimize shrinkage.
- To be responsible for the store’s financial budgets, ensuring that the store’s operating costs are within budget.
- Ensure store environment and visual display standards are consistently maintained.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma graduate or above.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the fashion retail industry.
- Good command in English and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and clienteling abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandizing practices.
- Familiarity with relevant sales and marketing strategies.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $4,000.00 per month
