We are looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager who embraces a highly dynamic and international working environment with a high level of flexibility, resilience, and autonomy. As Store Manager, you will play a key role in the success of this bespoke store by leading a high-performing, positive, and customer-focused team. Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will be a hands-on leader with a strong business mindset, committed to driving sales, operational excellence, operational excellence, and team development.

What you'll do:

  • Lead by example, being hands on to consistently motivate the team to achieve sales targets and manage the sales closely with the team.
  • Manage team performance, providing coaching and addressing any issues proactively
  • Develop team capabilities through ongoing training and support
  • Ensure compliance with all company and brand policies and procedures
  • Observe and guide staff in giving exemplary quality customer service.
  • Managing all customers' requests including customer complaints & report to Retail Operations Manager for any issues.
  • Manage staff rosters and oversee Time & Attendance
  • Receive and reconcile inventory, reporting discrepancies
  • Conduct regular quality checks on stock and ensure accurate stock handling procedures
  • Deliver comprehensive inductions and follow-up training for all new hires
  • Ensure customer service standards are consistently met and enhanced
  • Resolve elevated customer complaints with professionalism and care
  • Ensure all sales document, reports and other paperwork like customer service report are accurately complied, circulated and properly filed.
