Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, ensuring their shopping experience is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Handle inquiries and respond to customer feedback in a professional manner.
  • Maintain store appearance by keeping displays, counters, and merchandise neat and orderly.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card processing.
  • Assist in managing in-store inventory.

Job Requirements:

  • GCE 'N' Level or above.
  • Retail experience, preferably in luxury or high-end retail.
  • Presentable, pleasant, and outgoing.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Conversant in English. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage (to serve customers of different nationalities).
  • Availability to work retail operational hours, including weekends and public holidays.
