We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
**Assistant Manager/Manager, Internal Control and Risk Management** responsible for improving an organization's operations, risk management, control, and governance processes.

**Responsibilities but are not limited to**:

- Lead the day-to-day planning and execution of internal audits
- Assist in determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans
- Identify risks associated with business & evaluating controls in place to mitigate those risks
- Perform full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operation's effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with applicable directives and regulations
- Provide value addition in terms of cost savings, revenue recognition

**Ideal profile and essential requirements**:

- Relevant qualification; Qualified CA
- **Relevant and proven 3- 5 years working experience as an Internal Auditor, Internal Control, Risk Manager in the Real Estate industry**:

- **Prior experience working with a public listed company in Singapore is vital**:

- Experience in a developer side, ideally a background in commercial/office, retail and residential portfolio
- Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and sound judgment skills
- Experienced in using SAP and MS office
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to travel across the region for site and property visits when needed
