- **Tool and Equipment Maintenance**: Operate and maintain crafting equipment, including engraving tools, polishers, and other necessary tools. Ensure all materials used align with the company’s quality standards.
- **Customer Interaction and Support**: Work with clients to clarify customization requirements and address any specific requests. Provide guidance on customization options, timelines, and feasibility.

**Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in handcrafting, engraving, or a related field. Experience with medals or similar products is a plus.
- Proficiency in engraving, etching, painting, or similar customization techniques.
- Familiarity with tools and machines used in customization and engraving processes.
- Strong eye for detail and precision to ensure high-quality customization.
- Artistic sense to make design decisions and enhance customization work.
- Ability to perform delicate, intricate work requiring fine motor skills.
- Effective communication to liaise with clients and understand their customization needs.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with the design team and other departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines for custom orders.
