**Overall Job Responsibility**:
- You will be part of the team that brings together like-minded stakeholders, community and corporate partners to drive inclusion and build community connectedness for persons with disabilities and their caregivers within Enabling Village. Enabling Village is the first inclusive community space dedicated to integrating persons with disabilities into the society. We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, passionate and versatile individual to oversee the implementation of Enabling Village’s placemaking and programming strategy, and to manage strategic tenant-partner relationships. This includes seeking like-minded corporate and community partners to take up the space to catalyse new training and employment opportunities for persons with disabilities, as well as conceptualising and implementing programmes.**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Placemaking and Programming**
- Work closely with Assistant Director and Deputy Director on the implementation of the placemaking and programming strategy for Enabling Village and Enabling Village Extension, which includes management of Enabling Village’s master event calendar, business development, lead generation, partnership development, event planning and execution with key partners not limited to tenants, corporates, community groups, and government agencies/authorities
- Collaborate with internal and relevant stakeholders on hardware development (e.g. revitalisation of existing spaces) to support placemaking efforts
- Coordination with precinct stakeholders to drive community awareness and engagement at Enabling Village
- Identify and cultivate strong, mutually beneficial relationships with organizations or individuals with compatible areas of expertise to enhance placemaking capabilities for SG Enable
- Provide advisory for storytelling and marketing of events and programmes at Enabling Village
- Oversee and implement venue sponsorship framework at Enabling Village
**Tenancy Management**
- Account management of strategic tenants and tenancy liaison, handling tenancy-related issues and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
- Engage strategic tenants on performance discussion, tenancy renewals, issuance and follow up on other tenancy related documentation
- Administer support/grant mechanisms for tenants
**Others**
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to external and internal stakeholders
- Undertake other roles as and when required
**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:
- Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline
- Possess 6 to 8 years of working experience in similar capacity. Experience in placemaking, programming, tenancy, business and/or partnership development, contract management and marketing is preferred
- Strong interest in impacting the lives of persons with disabilities and caregivers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
- Keen attention to detail and flair for operations
- Analytical thinker, strong problem solving and project / budget management skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for excellence
- Able to contribute as part of a team, while working independently with minimum supervision
