**Overall Job Responsibility**:

- The Enabling Academy division works with partners to provide diverse lifelong learning opportunities for persons with disabilities that support them in their personal growth and professional development; upskill the formal and informal network of support around persons with disabilities.**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Leading, planning and coordinating marketing efforts with all teams to create effective and engaging brand promotions
- Developing and communicating a clear marketing and communication strategy for the Enabling Academy
- Review and produce marketing collaterals for both print and online platforms
- Ability to create and produce valuable and engaging content for our websites and social media platforms
- Spearhead successful marketing campaigns and ensure their implementation from ideation to execution
- Plan and organise Enabling Academy’s marketing and outreach events for various stakeholders
- Develop and implement plans to build relationship with stakeholders to bridge training gaps and promote key messages on lifelong learning and skills development in the Sector
- Compiling and analysing campaigns, public relations and promotions performance reports for management
- Undertake other roles and responsibilities as and when required

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Bachelor degree in Mass Communication/ Marketing or related field
- At least 5 years of proven work experience in public relations and/or marketing, business management in a related field
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and convert
- Proactive, creative and able to think out of the box
- Good sense of aesthetics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- A proactive team player with initiative, is independent, self-driven and able to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, adaptable to changing circumstances and resourceful in problem solving
