Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Overseeing and achieving personal and team sales targets
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the boutique
- Establishing accountabilities and performance expectations for staff
- Building up sales team and participating in the recruitment process
- Be responsible for inventory management in an organized manner
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Assisting on event planning. Ensure the private events are professionally managed and executed
- Responsible and liaising with contractors for boutique renovation
- Implement and support all security procedures and measures

Requirements and Qualification:

- 5-8 years experience in retail operations with a successful track record gained from jewelry or luxury retail industry
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proficient in Mandarin will be a plus as you will need to liaise with Chinese speaking customers during VIP private events
- Passionate individual with a penchant for luxury and innovation
- Sales and result-oriented with excellent customer servicing skills
- Self-motivated, team player, positive thinker, creative and effective
- High integrity with good ethics and values
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and extended hours as required
