We are looking for our next business Development Executive who will be vital in supporting the operational insights for the development of business strategies. This person shall be assisting the manager in identifying areas for new business development opportunities by gathering data, analysing information, and generating reports based on industry and market trends. Together, we shall agree on the marketing actions and work together with the manager to ensure the action plan is implemented. If you think you possess good communication, planning and organisational skills, and is also able to manage stakeholders and work effectively in a team, then you will be a great fit.

Develop business development strategies
- Consolidate information to support business development research and reports.
- Support analysis on quantitative impacts on business by consolidating relevant data points across the business
- Collect relevant business data to support business intelligence framework development

Explore new business opportunities
- Generate reports on findings gathered from market research activities
- Prepare data on new developments in product offerings and process enhancements
- Consolidate data to support market demand
- Contribute to key activities and milestones in securing projects
- Provide assistance in ongoing records and information review to determine effectiveness of work processes and procedures
- Plan continuous work improvement activities and performance improvement strategies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
- Preferably with outdoor sales experience
- Problem solver with excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills
- Good level of initiative and capacity to work under pressure.
- Desire to explore new ideas and ways of doing things with a can-do attitude.
- Fluent in written and spoken English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
