He has an extended network in the field of new construction like Developers, M&E Consultants, Main contractors, Electrical Contractors, System Integrators.

JOB SCOPE

Reporting to the Managing Director (indicated as MD), the Singapore Senior Sales Manager (indicated as SSM) is part of South East Asia Sales Team.

The main job scope is to perform sales in NEW CONSTRUCTION SECTORS, like residential condominiums, mix developments, commercial buildings.

He visits daily his customers, like key persons working for Developers, Consulting firms, Main contractors, Electrical contractors.

He promotes the Company organizing product presentations with marketing and business development teams of developers and consultants. He gets technical support by Technical team in Singapore.

He has access to a marketing budget to be discussed and approve yearly by MD.

At tender stage, he prepares the relevant tender documents with the help of technical team.
