**About the Role**:
This role is responsible for supporting the Head of Strategic Planning and Operations in relation to Operations Planning and Execution, Office and Project Management, and Reporting.

This role is also responsible for driving Business Engagement opportunities within the OSP office.

Your main responsibilities will be:
**Strategic Planning & Projects**
- Coordinate global and regional strategic projects including Transform Olympus and Transform Asia
- Attend and take part in project discussions
- Manage and collect information in relation to project work
- Assist with research, analysis, writing reports and management reporting as required
- Prepare essential documents for reports, presentations and meetings
- Coordinate and organise project meetings for the department
- Participate in SP&O projects planning and strategies, including support and coordination of office renovation projects
- Play an integral role to suggest and implement best practices and participates actively in SP&O department planning
- Identify any operation gaps and process improvements, and implement necessary changes
- Improve the operational support environment in the OSP office
- Other project management support and tasks as assigned

**Business Engagement**
- Plan and organize kick off, town hall, executive and managers meetings
- Plan and execute other engagement activities such as department sharing, workshops etc.
- Suggest ideas and programs, and run business engagement opportunities across departments and divisions
- Improve communication and collaboration between businesses and operation departments
- Plan, schedule and promote office events, including meetings, conferences, talks and trainings
- Support, coordinate and set-up off and on-site meetings
- Improve and enhance business operations and processes through close engagement with all external and internal stakeholders

**What we are looking for**:

- Degree/ Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in project management & corporate/ business support
- Strong verbal and written communication skill (command in English & Mandarin)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Analytical, strategic thinker and self-driven
- Proactive, independent, meticulous and well-organized
- A team player with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Takes initiative to accomplish tasks and monitor timelines
