**Job Scope**

To support the Engagement Team on the following activities to achieve its product KPI and outcome.

**Enterprise Appstore**

**SharePoint Online (SPO)**
- Assist to develop user guides such as onboarding guides and Product how-to guides
- Develop SOP and governance for SPO to be used as Knowledge Management (KM) product
- Assist to conduct user research to understand KM gaps and propose improvements
- Assist in conducting design-thinking workshops
- Develop templates that create satisfying and compelling user experiences, drawing on results from user research analysis.

**Change Community**
- Assist to run the management of change community:

- Assist to set up and manage the materials/post in the community
- Ensure the change network list is updated

**Work Experience**
- Min. 2 years in service and/or engagement related role (preferred)
- Have experience in assisting/leading design-thinking / UX project (preferred)

**Require skills**
- Creative Thinking
- Problem-solving
- Knowledge in SharePoint online preferred

**Location**

GovTech-HQ MBC, Blk 30, Level 11

**Duration**

Contract - 11 months
