**About the role**:
As an Engagement Campaigns Associate, you will be part of Aspire's Marketing Engagement Team. The Engagement Campaigns Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns for existing customers to drive revenues.

As a highly cross-functional role, you'll get to collaborate with multiple departments such as commercial, network partnership and product teams to deliver product-centric campaigns to achieve business goals. If you're someone with a keen sense for data, passionate about campaign performance and optimisation, and a strong believer in product-led growth, this role's for you

**What will you be doing?**
- Be the owner of existing customer communications by working with teams to build an engagement calendar
- Ideate and optimise marketing campaigns with product focus to introduce new product features to relevant customer segments or increase adoption of existing features.
- Oversee execution, monitoring and measurement of engagement campaigns and their success
- Collaborating cross-function to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business commercial goals

**We would love to get to know you if you have the following**:

- Experience in Marketing, preferably in B2B startup space
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Bahasa is a plus.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Customer.io, Hubspot, Salesforce is a plus
- Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast-paced, culturally diverse and evolving environment
- Results-driven to maximise revenue across Aspire's products and services.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications related
