**What you will be doing:
Management
- Manage the Pre-sales teams globally.
- Serve as a coach and mentor to the group, cross hiring, training, retention, and skills development programs.
- Provide effective communication to internal stakeholders and other Company's business units as appropriate and necessary.
- Work across global time zones and travel as required.
Strategy
- Align with the whole management team, involved deeply in strategy design, market analysis, tech trend study, to come up with aggressive but realistic product roadmaps.
- Lead primarily the GTM strategy's design and execution on a global basis, based on persuasive analysis of gaps between technology capacities and market requirements.
Solution & Pre-sales
- Lead the pre-sales team to provide technical pre-sales support to sales teams.
- Direct and lead technical resources as appropriate in winning significant sales opportunities.
- Align with Product Solution team, R&D team, Service capabilities and delivery team, aiming to achieve value-based sales perfectly.
- Responsible to drive engineering proposals/SOWs to C-level executives/Board of Directors at named accounts, and or other major deals.
- Drive highest customer satisfaction in service delivery by effectively coordinating /leveraging cross functional teams like Solution teams, Project Managers, Data Architects, R&D teams.
- Implement and monitor key service delivery metrics to promote customer satisfaction throughout delivery cycle.
**Qualifications**
- A combination of broad technical vision, sharp business acumen and abundance of technical solution experience.
- Must have directly managed a Solution and/or Pre-sales team for a minimum of 5 years in IT industry experience at regional/global level.
- Abundance of experience in providing tech consulting, solutions, system integration, and/or delivering complex tech initiatives for large business accounts, in either technology firms or traditional industries.
- Deep understanding and experiences of machine learning and/or Cloud computing is a plus.
- Experience in both start-up and established technology companies is preferred.
- Must have excellent written presentation/proposal skills in front of large and high-profile audiences.
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects across multiple organizations.
- Ability to work very independently and maintain composure and focus under extremely stressful customer impacting situations
- Excellent organizational and management skills, as well as, natural leadership instincts and empowerment skills are must.
- Must possess a proven track record of building and managing teams over multiple locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline and MBA preferred
