Staff Nurse

We are looking for a service-oriented team player passionate about healthcare and committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences.

**Job description**
- Register patients, manage intake, appointments and inquiries (in-person/phone).
- Maintain confidential, accurate patient records.
- Prepare and dispense medications in line with medical protocols.
- Educate patients on medications, treatments, and procedures.
- Assist doctors with bedside procedures and other tasks.
- Provide nursing care and support to patients.
- Communicate with patients regarding care and insurance matters.
- Perform phlebotomy as needed.
- Handle billing, insurance claims submission and relevant documentation.
- Manage inventory of medications and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols, safety, and infection control.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the doctor.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
- Registered Nurse (RN) status with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- At least 3 years of clinical or healthcare experience.
- Specialized certification in Healthcare, Nursing, or Medical Support (preferred).
- Proficient in clinic management software (e.g. Clinic Assist, Plato Medical) preferred.
- Competency in office software and medical equipment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and commit to clinic working hours. Working day: 5.5 days work week.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
