About the team
The Flow Product Research & Development team focuses on researching the implementation of artificial intelligence-related businesses. Currently, we have implemented Artificial intelligence-related innovative products and corresponding bot development platforms. Our business and team are rapidly growing.
We are looking for an exceptional R&D leader who possesses a deep understanding of programming language semantics. You will be driving cutting-edge research and pushing the boundaries of machine learning. The challenges we tackle are far from the typical technical issues you encounter every day. Instead, you will be part of a team that pioneers solutions for entirely new and unprecedented challenges that haven't been addressed by major tech companies. We operate on an unprecedented scale and speed, making a global impact, and you will be instrumental in this endeavour.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead the team to be responsible for the R&D work of the Cici client side.
3. Analyze and solve major difficult problems, and eliminate all kinds of potential technical risks.
4. Continuously improve the interactive experience of the app from a technical perspective, to ensure the stability and fluidity of the app.
5. Participate in the discussion and landing of product requirements to ensure the project's R&D progress and the quality of software R&D.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
1. Background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or other STEM disciplines;
2. Leadership experience in managing a team and getting excellent results, with the ability to discover and solve various problems faced by the development of the team in a timely manner;
3. Strong knowledge of architectural design, with familiarity with common design patterns;
4. Solid technical foundation in data structure, algorithms, software design, and high-quality coding;
5. Proficient in the development platform and framework principles of Android or iOS, and master technologies such as client-side performance optimization and network optimization.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. 5 years+ experience in client-side technical development (Android or iOS).
2. 3 years+ experience in technical team management.
3. Accustomed to working in a startup-like environment. Adaptable to changing or emerging priorities.
4. A highly motivated individual, with strong communication and relationship-building skills, and demonstrate a record of ongoing accomplishment and commitment to excellence.
