Key Responsibilities:

- Lead hardware and mechanical design for product brands.
- Collaborate with audiology, engineering, marketing, and regulatory teams to align R&D with business goals.
- Create, review, and release test specifications and reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee evaluation and verification processes for components and tests.
- Ensure seamless system integration of hearing aids from a design perspective.
- Support production transfer and ramp-up activities.Plan resources and budgets to fulfill project roadmaps.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering, with 3+ years in leadership position.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in medical device development.
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements in the medical industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, committed to high-quality results.
