Personal Administrative Assistant

We are for a Part time Personal **Executive Assistant**to support our Director and the handling of personal projects.
**Your Role**:You’ll be the right hand, the gatekeeper, and the ultimate organiser, with the potential to turn it into a full time role should you wish to.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Calendar Mastery: Full calendar management with scheduling of personal meetings and calls
- Keeper of Secrets: Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Presentation Pro: As a partner to your executives, assist in preparation of presentations, sheets, and documents to be shared for large group meetings..
- Event Organizer: Coordinate in partnership with our Director on personal event planning the operations team for social events.
- Admin Ace: Handle weekly admin tasks, personal banking etc
- Expense and Insurance claim Champion: Manage and complete expense and insurance claims promptly
- Errand Whiz: help with running errands, delivering goods door to door
**Qualifications**
- You have worked directly for and with executive level leaders with high level expectations. You have a proven track record as an Executive Assistant or mid level role in operations.
- Organisational mastery, stellar communication, and proficiency in office systems (Google, MS Office, ERP systems).
- A blend of professionalism, self-motivation, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
