This role has been designated as ‘Office’, which means you will primarily work from an HPE office.

- Lead root-cause investigation and corrective actions on product defects from the customers
- Evaluate and qualify alternate components/sub-systems for use on our current products to achieve cost savings
- Formulate test plan, complete measurements and testing and approve the alternate components/sub-systems for use on our current products
- Develop a comprehensive test plan for our new products from schematics and product requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy stable test solutions for our new products
- Provide feedbacks to product design to improve product quality
- Provide overall test engineering leadership to cross-functional program teams
- Drive innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the test engineering organization
- Lead root-cause investigation and corrective actions on defects during Prototype builds
- Mentor less-experience staff members

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- More than 8 years in related experience. Engineering roles with design background is an advantage
- Experience in eMMC, DDR, Oscillator, IBC, power supply qualification
- Strong fundamentals in electronics engineering with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of circuit analysis and component characteristics.
- Familiar with product qualification tests
- Familiar with lab equipment (e.g., high speed oscilloscope etc.)
- Self-motivated individual, results oriented and strong follow through skills
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Must be a team player with ability to participate in a global, cross-functional teams
