The Opportunity
Administrative/Facilities Management
Independently manage all administrative and facilities matters for the office which includes procurement of office supplies, processing of invoices, visitor administration support and partnering with IT on onboarding and offboarding process for our new or exiting employees.
Event Management
Oversight and management of meetings and events calendar in the Singapore office, including internal and external staff events
Organizing and confirming appointments, conference rooms and arrangement of F&B during trainings, workshops, employee engagement and wellness events and other office-wide events
Occasionally organize guest events, including assisting with schedules and organizing dinners, etc.
Executive Support
Work closely with General Manager on diary and time management support, travel arrangements (flights & hotel booking as requested) and meeting coordination
Administrative support for regional leadership team
Arrange bookings, venue hire and set-up, catering, related travel arrangements and invoicing
Team meeting agenda preparation and minute taking as required
**What you will need**:
Work experience in a hybrid office manager role, with prior experience working with leadership teams
A positive and proactive attitude is an essential component of success in this role
Strong organizational, problem-solving and administrative skills, proactive with effective planning and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment when handling sensitive issues
