We are an interior fit-out company and currently hiring for a responsible and dynamic Account/ Finance Executive as part of our team. You will be responsible for all of our company’s accounting/ finance matters. You will need to be well versed in book keeping for audit purpose.

**Job scope**:
Developing a book keeping system for the company.

Prepare and issue invoices to client and kept in the system.

Prepare and issue purchasing order and ensure DO is received and kept in the system.

Promptly update of payment and debt if payment has not been received.

Handle staff payrolls, claim, commission, expenses and prepare for payment.

Handle company’s invoices and prepare payment for vendors.

Prepare quarterly GST filing.

Responsible for all audits related matters.

Update and prepare monthly financial report and present it to the management.

Any other ad-hoc account duties assigned by the management.

**Job Qualifications/ Requirements**

Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in any field or equivalent experience in Account/ Finance.

2 to 5 years of related works experience.

Strong communication, interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, responsible and proactive.

Possess outstanding book keeping quality.

Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

He/ she has a good time management skill.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is a must i.e., MS power point, excel spreadsheet, Words and Outlook.

Experience in construction field will be a plus.
