We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive / Accountant to support financial operations, reporting, and governance activities. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and shared service teams to ensure smooth month-end closing, accurate financial reporting, and strong compliance with audit and statutory requirements. About the Role Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Finance Shared Services and other internal teams to ensure a smooth and accurate monthly closing process in line with corporate and statutory requirements. Support statutory reporting and audit processes, ensuring financials are compliant with the latest IFRS standards. Manage and oversee key operational finance processes including: Purchase requisitions and orders Fixed asset management , including: Leading and executing fixed asset verification exercises Maintaining accuracy of asset registers and compliance with policies and accounting standards Partnering with asset custodians to promote proper asset management and accountability Monitoring asset movements, disposals, and impairments for accurate financial reporting Operational expenditure management , including review of payables and accruals Review and analyse financial data to support reporting accuracy and decision-making. Assist in the implementation of new financial systems or process improvements. Uphold strong corporate governance by liaising with auditors and stakeholders to ensure timely closure of audit matters. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, or a related discipline. 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting. Experience in the healthcare sector or with SAP systems will be an advantage. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to partner cross-functional teams. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications — particularly Excel (advanced functions, VBA Macros) , PowerPoint, and Word.
