[What the role is]
- To drive and coordinate the Community Religious Life (CRL) plan, operations and activities at District South (DS) Mosques.
- To facilitate the planning and implementation of M3 Focus Area 1 (FA1) in strengthening family institution through the BersamaMu programs and initiatives with relevant stakeholders and partners.

[ What you will be working on]

**Primary**:

- Co-create and plan #SouthMosqueCares (#SMCares) collaborative programmes and initiatives under CRL Workgroup based on DS and One Mosque Sector (OMS) annual planning.
- Lead and coordinate DS mosques’ participation and contribution across all flagship programmes under #SMCares (such as Project Mahabbah, Youth Outreach etc) and Muis HQ plans (such as SalamSG Movement (SSGM) which includes Sentuhan Ramadan Campaign (SRC), Korban & QuranSG)
- Maintain oversight of the budget allocation and administration to various DS and HQ projects in accordance with Muis Finance Strategic Unit and Mosque Financial Regulationsstandard.
- Conduct quarterly engagement with Mosque Religious Officers and asatizah to keep track of CRL plan progression at DS.
- Implement Bersamamu project and Temasek Foundation Achieving Resilient & Inspiring Families (Project ARIF) programs and initiatives at District and Mosque level.
- Disburse budget for Family-Related events conducted by various organisations and agencies.
- Hold regular engagements with Naib Kadis (NK) to assist in improving the programme and work on the sustainability plans for Project ARIF.
- Conduct research and data gathering for programme evaluation and assessment.

**Secondary**
- Facilitate the interview and assessment process of new appointments of Mosque Religious Officer in DS Mosques together with Office of Mufti and Asatizah Recognition Scheme Office.
- Respond to queries timely
- Consolidate data gathering from DS Mosques as and when required by DS Office or Muis HQ on matters pertaining to CRL such as Eid prayer attendance, Ramadan info factsheet etc.

[What are we looking for]
- Tertiary education in any discipline
- At least 3 years’ experience in relevant field
- At least 1 years’ experience in project management
- Competent in managing programme/project with good background in programme planning and design
- Comfortable working with mosque leaders, staff and volunteers
