**JD Data Centre Operator**:

- Backup Tasks
- Hands & feet support in case of requests like power cycle of servers or verifying cable connections
- Assisting 3rd party vendors who come for onsite break fix support for devices hosted in data centers
- Physical check & monitoring of servers and other devices hosted - verifying visual warning and alarms
- Assisting in inventory control
- Carrying out L0/L1 functions as per the standard operating procedures
- Assist in installation of new equipment in data centers.
- 3 rd party vendor SLA audit and management in the areas like - power availability, cooling and exhaust information and humidity control
- Coordinate with offshore team

Shift Timings **:rotational shift**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month
