**Company Background - Partior Pte Ltd**

Acknowledging that the future of global payments is on the cusp of a fundamental shift, DBS, J.P. Morgan, and Temasek have developed an open industry platform to reimagine and accelerate value movements for payments, trade and foreign exchange settlement in a new digital era through a newly established technology company, Partior.

Designed as a global shared ledger, Partior aims to disrupt the traditional cross-border payment by leveraging blockchain technology to reduce current frictions and latency, minimising post transaction exception handling and reconciliation activities.

Key distinguishing features are privacy, complete decentralised hosting, and consensus efficiency - providing commercial scalability that enables it to be a platform of choice for hosting multiple CBDCs and commercial bank digital currencies.

To encourage broad participation across the banking industry, Partior will be actively engaging leading banks to join the platform to establish the scale required to benefit the industry. The platform will start with a focus on facilitating flows primarily between Singapore-based banks in both USD and SGD, with the intent to expand service offerings to other markets and in various currencies.

**Key Professional Requirements**
- Solid experience in technical writing, ideally in a software development environment.
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation while paying attention to details
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Familiar with GitHub or other Git flavours.
- Familiar with Markdown for writing docs.
- Have some interest in UX and/or web development.
- Technically minded and interested in cryptography.
- Familiar with Hugo or a similar static website generator.
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Transforming developer knowledge and code comments into human-readable, illuminating content.
- Produce high-quality and creative documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Using and contributing to an established style and tone of voice guide.
- Owning assigned tech writing projects and leading the journey from design meeting to publication.
- Always looking for ways to improve published content. Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Create and maintain the information architecture
- Building relationships across the business to continuously improve the docs.
**Preferable Individual qualities**
- Solution-driven: Practical and resourceful.
- Hands-on; willing and able to assist with ad-hoc requests from other teams.
- Has learning agility to keep abreast of the latest technology
- Team player and works well in a team that values open communication
