**Job Responsibilities:
As a Technical Document Writer at TSGS, your responsibilities will include:

- Documentation Drafting: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for TSGS's backend systems. This documentation should be precise, comprehensive, and in compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, compliance experts, and product managers, to ensure that technical documentation is aligned with the latest developments in the backend systems.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and industry best practices, ensuring that TSGS's technical documentation remains compliant with these standards.
- Content Clarity: Ensure that technical documentation is written in a clear and concise manner, making complex technical concepts accessible to a wide audience, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Version Control: Implement and maintain version control for all technical documentation, keeping track of updates and revisions.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of technical documents, correcting errors and inconsistencies as needed.
- Security and Cybersecurity: Leverage your knowledge in cybersecurity to address security-related aspects in the documentation, including encryption protocols, access controls, and data protection.
- User Training Materials: Develop user guides and training materials to help internal and external users understand and utilize the backend systems effectively.
- Documentation Maintenance: Regularly review and update documentation to reflect changes in the backend systems and to incorporate user feedback.
- Communication Skills: Communicate technical information effectively to diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Documentation Tools: Utilize industry-standard documentation tools and software to create, format, and manage technical documents efficiently.
- Familiarity with Microservices Architecture: Understanding of distributed microservices (mesh), and how to document their interactions, dependencies, and configurations.
- Experience in documenting microservices-based architectures, possibly including diagrams and service contracts.
- Knowledge of WebSockets: Ability to document real-time communication via WebSockets, including security considerations, data flow diagrams, and troubleshooting guides.
- NoSQL Databases (Cassandra): Understanding of NoSQL databases, specifically Cassandra, to effectively document database schemas, query patterns, and performance considerations.
- Experience in documenting database design decisions and their impact on scalability and performance.
- Proficiency in Golang: While the writer may not need to code in Go, understanding its syntax and conventions would be beneficial for creating accurate and useful documentation.
- Ability to document Go codebases, including commenting code, writing API documentation, and explaining Go-specific backend patterns.
- Experience with NATs or Similar Messaging Systems: Knowledge of NATs or similar connective mesh frameworks for documenting message flow, service communication, and configuration details.
- Understanding of messaging patterns and how they relate to system reliability and performance.
- General Security Considerations: Ability to document security best practices in the context of our specific architecture (e.g., secure WebSocket communications, secure data handling in Cassandra, etc.).
- Understanding of potential vulnerabilities in a distributed, microservices-based environment and how to mitigate them.
- Additional Skills: Ability to create comprehensive API documentation, including endpoints, request/response structures, and authentication methods.
- Experience in writing for a technical audience, including backend developers, system architects, and IT security professionals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Technical Writing).
- Proven experience in technical writing, with a focus on financial or IT documentation.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and mobile payment te
