**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Write training content, 1-pagers, infographics and posts for various media channels
- Write internal and external facing blog that is readable by non-technical people, globally
- Write security alerts, threats and related best practices
- Write social media posts with a focus on educating as well as entertainment
- Create content for videos, infographics, and other visual aids to support creating a culture of security
- Task management of various ongoing and backlog of projects, so that all stakeholders have visibility on timelines.
- Collaborate on translating content for multiple languages to support Equinix’s global employees
- Manage the documentation review process and incorporate feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
- Review, take ownership, clean up and enhance existing technical documentation

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience working as a technical writer in a technical environment
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology, proven record of public-facing technical documentation
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of tools for content editing, versioning, web content publishing, and offline (such as PDF) publishing
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field
- English is the preferred language
- Ability to work effectively with partners in different cultures and geographies
