To ensure great creative content to our end users, we are on the hunt for a **Creative Content Moderator **rockstar to be based in our Singapore office. This person will work with a team of like-minded individuals, to ensure that we continue to think and act customer-first to our users.

**What you’ll do**:
- Develop and execute the content strategy for the Mobile Lockscreen Content Distribution network, ensuring it aligns with the overall company strategy.
- Onboard and manage content partners, ensuring that all content is high quality, engaging, and effective.
- Develop guidelines for content integration, selection (content + image) and curation, and lead a global team of content specialists to ensure delivery.
- Identify opportunities for performance optimization across all channels and optimize content accordingly.
- Develop and manage special content projects for loyalty programs and gaming partners.
- Work closely with the product team to ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms.
- Follow industry trends and stay up-to-date with changes in the mobile ads ecosystem and the overall content distribution market.
- Manage a team of content managers, as well as freelance writers and creatives.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align content and messaging across the organization.
**What you’ll need**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content management, mobile ads ecosystem, and must have experience in content distribution
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with external partners.
- Strong analytical skills to measure content performance and develop optimization strategies.
- Experience managing a team to deliver high-quality content.
- Creative mindset and the ability to develop engaging content strategies that resonate with the target audience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Knowledge of Southeast Asian and African markets is preferred.
- Strong English writing and speaking skills. Fluency in Mandarin will be a plus.
