Singapore 5 STONES HRM PTE. LTD. Full time

This position will provide support on all aspects of corporate secretariat and general administrative services for both local and overseas companies.
- Prepare Board and shareholders resolutions, documents and minutes of meetings, includingarranging for the circulation of such documents for approval and signature.
- Assist in arrangements of Board/Board Committee/Shareholders’ meetings, including preparationof meeting agendas, and collation and distribution of board packs.
- Prepare and submit filings with ACRA for incorporation of Singapore private limited companies,annual returns with XBRL and other statutory filings required from time to time.
- Liaise with overseas corporate secretariat service providers on all corporate secretariat related mattersof the overseas companies of the group to ensure compliance with local laws.
- Assist with arranging for notarisation and legalisation of documents for local and overseas companieswith notary public.
- Maintain and update of the statutory records (including minutes/resolutions and registers) of thegroup.
- Assist with other corporate secretariat and general administrative duties assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- ICSA or other equivalent qualifications, with between 3 to 5 years’ experience in corporate secretariat work.
- Experience in public listed companies will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Singapore Companies Act and familiar with the electronic filing requirements of ACRA’s BizFile system.
- Meticulous, with good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
