As a sole contributor, this role reports directly to the Snr Digital Marketing, Communications, PR and Partnership Manager, Asia Pacific (APAC).
- The individual will work independently with Global Stakeholders and in-market partners (across APAC) to ensure the successful roll-out of Public Relation (PR) and Partnership agenda for the portfolio brand under TEG.

The purpose of this role is to strategise the PR & Partnership Agenda across TEG in order to elevate the brands’ equity and position within APAC.

**Job Description**:

- Develop, define and deliver PR communications strategies in consultation with Global stakeholders and In-market partners to increase brand equity in APAC.
- Formulate a holistic and strategic communication framework that is aligned with the Global Brand Strategy.
- Adapt global messages for regional needs, find new and creative ways to engage key internal audiences and establish ways to track and measure progress and success.
- Identify opportunities for media placements, executive interviews, PR events and Partnerships with the overall aim of growing brand awareness among target audiences.
- Work alongside the APAC Sustainability Committee to refine and deliver TEG Sustainability APAC agenda for Marketing function.
- Prepare, report and present the APAC Sustainability initiatives for Marketing to internal stakeholders.

Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience in a Marketing function, preferably with Social Marketing, PR and Partnership experience.
- Able to work independently with mínimal coaching.
- Able to navigate ambiguity and unchartered territory, problem solve, think strategically, connect dots and execute efficiently in a matrix organisation.
- Able to think strategically to appreciate the big picture, while remain tactically sound to understand the executional feasibility.
- Passionate individual with strong interest for communication within the Premium Spirit & Luxury vertical.
- Prior regional experience a plus.
