**Job Description**:
**The Role**

As Business Project Manager you are responsible for leading and managing Global programs and projects in close collaboration with IT, Business Stakeholders, third-party providers and Customers, following the PMO standards & governance. This position will be responsible for planning, executing and implementing improvement within the tolerances of time, cost, benefits, quality and risks with minimum disruption to the organization and customers.

As a Project Manager, you will:

- Manage and coordinate Business Projects throughout all the Stages i.e., from pre-project to implementation and closing.
- Plan, execute and implement improvement cycles of 2-3 months duration, based on lean principles.
- Work with stakeholders to define and manage the scope, strategy, requirements, risks and implementation of projects.
- Ensure that assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting stakeholder and business objectives.
- Provide effective and regular communication within the project team, stakeholders, sponsors and management.
- Closely collaborate with IT PM to ensure successful project delivery and alignment.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Has more than 5 years of Project Management experience
- A certified Prince2® Practitioner and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a must
- Knowledge of Minitab and PMP and/or Agile certification is an advantage
- Possess analytical mindset and good command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Ms Project
- Fluent in English written and spoken with excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Has high level of discipline, planning and organizational skills, motivated self-starter with proactive attitude
