IT Specialist

**Duties**:
You will:

- Serve as technical analyst on financial and mixed financial software development projects with responsibility for preparing the project plan.
- Evaluate existing hardware/software infrastructure and recommend enhancements needed to support existing and future infrastructure.
- Serve as the technical analyst on the development of web-based systems across the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) internal and external infrastructure.
- Draft and implement standard operating procedures.

- To qualify for this position, you must have either:
