Smilepoint is a progressive dental healthcare group in central Singapore with the flagship practice at Holland Village and a branch at Telok Blangah. We believe in providing our patients with excellent dental work, a happy environment, and fair prices. At our practice, teamwork and communication are important. It our mission to build a strong rapport with our patients. All our dentists at the Smilepoint Dental Group have an average of more than 10 years of professional experience. The dentists are supported by a team of well trained clinicians and business development associates.
**Operations**
Work with colleagues to enhance customer interactions with the Dental Group
Coordinate closely with the clinical team to deliver a smooth and seamless experience for customers
Utilise the customer information system and related payment systems to record, update and bill services
Provide customers with necessary product and services information and the use of all the products
**Customer Experience**
Propose improvements in the design of customer service operations
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support
Build lasting customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction through regular contact
**Team Management**
Develop control measures to mitigate gaps in work flow and to achieve a seamless handover of responsibilities from team member to team member
Conduct staff training for new and existing staff
**Secondary Responsibilities**
To provide administrative support to collaegues in other departments as may be assigned
**Requirements**:
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent verbal communication skills
