Based in Singapore and focused on our GTM hires across our Singapore, Japan and Australia offices. We're looking for an experienced recruiter who will: - Partner closely with our GTM leadership team, to build out market leading sales teams. - Develop and nurture talent pipelines. - Advise and guide hiring managers on best practices. - Network with the talent community in our key markets. - Conduct offer negotiations. **Requirements**: **Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills**: - 5+ years of experience working as an end-to-end in-house recruiter / external agency recruiter. - Experience working within / on behalf of SaaS-based, high-growth tech start-up environment. - Experience filling GTM roles, particularly Account Executives is essential. **Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics**: - You'll be comfortable working independently, with a high degree of empowerment. - You find enjoyment networking.
