**Job Summary:
The incumbent will be part of the hospitality team responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company's hospitality group. You will be on overseeing the delivery of exceptional hospitality services, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines. This role would expose you to a wide scope of learning and career development opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the Group hotel businesses’ profitability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide financial reporting, forecasting, data modeling, and analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Responsible for hotel underwriting, and supporting hotel development, such as financial modeling, and risk assessment to evaluate the potential return on investment for the hotel investor.
- Develop and execute short
- and long-term operational strategies to meet targets.
- Conduct profitability and operational analysis to ensure proper business performance management.
- Work closely with the management team to assess and develop operational goals based on weekly, daily, and quarterly business performance reviews
- Ensure financial, legal, and regulatory compliance to governmental and audit guidelines.
- Overseeing the daily operations of the above functions through direct interface and communication with the team
- Ensure timely achievement of KPIs
- Ad hoc task as and when required by the Director

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business/Finance or Economics, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive accounting experience in the hospitality industry
- In-depth knowledge of the hotel industry, specifically of reputed hotel brands in a senior position.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Well-versed in the Group of Hotel Management Agreement
- Excellent critical thinking, sound judgment, and strong business acumen.
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel
- Able to work independently
