Hybrid Infrastructure Technical Architect

**O*ur client is looking for**senior Hybrid Infrastructure Architect* to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of **complex hybrid environments**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Architecture & Strategy**:
Develop hybrid infrastructure roadmaps aligned to business goals. Design scalable, secure, cost-effective hybrid solutions across **data centres and cloud**.
- **GCC Implementation**:
Proven experience architecting and operating within **Singapore Government Commercial Cloud (GCC)** environments; ensure compliance with **IM8, ISO27001**, and **GovTech standards**.
- **On-Prem & Cloud Integration**:
Deep experience with **VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V**, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, DR/BCP; lead **cloud migration** (Lift & Shift / Re-platform / Re-architect) and **hybrid networking** (VPCs, VPNs, ExpressRoute/Direct Connect).
- **Automation & DevSecOps**:
Implement **IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation)**, **CI/CD**, and monitoring frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
- **Security & Compliance**:
Architect **secure network designs**, manage **IAM**, and ensure **hybrid infrastructure compliance** (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- **Collaboration & Leadership**:
Engage **cross-functional teams** (Infra, App, Security, Network), lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, and manage vendor engagements.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 10+ years in IT infrastructure; 5+ years in hybrid architecture.

Must have **hands-on GCC project experience**.
- **Technical Expertise**:
Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), Virtualization (VMware / Nutanix), IaC (Terraform / Ansible), Containers (Docker / Kubernetes).
- **Language**:Fluency in Chinese** (to liaise with regional teams and stakeholders).
- **Certifications**: AWS / Azure / GCP Architect, VMware/Nutanix certs preferred.
- **Soft Skills**: Strategic mindset, stakeholder communication, bilingual presentation, and team leadership.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $10,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month
