Job Description
**The Partnerships & Marketing Manager** is responsible for advancing our strategy to grow engagement, specifically increasing program participation, partnerships, and sponsorships within Singapore. You will be focused on identifying, securing, and maintaining unique and innovative partnerships and producing and curating engaging content that inspires action.
It is also your responsibility to evaluate the marketing performance of partners and provide recommendations. You will maintain a positive and productive relationship with partners.
This role will focus on b2b partnerships as well as on and offline marketing in the areas of, but not limited to, co-working & work and dine memberships, event organizers, corporate partnerships for team building, product launches, events & memberships, training companies and educators, clubs such as health, fitness, tech etc, entrepreneurs and entrepreneur groups, coaches and trainers, digital marketing, community building and events.
**Partnership & Relationship Management**
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
- Research partners, identify key players and generate interest
- Collaborate with your General Manager and other marketing and sales teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
- Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with our contract guidelines and policies
- Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our us - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
- Keep a great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
**Marketing & Brand Management**
- Collaborate with team mates to create a 12-month events/marketing calendar initiatives to deliver business targets
- Execute marketing, event, and promotional initiatives.
- Manage the production of collateral designs including printed, electronic and online marketing information and materials.
- Distribution of promotion campaigns such as e-blast to the database and relevant contacts and on relevant social platforms.
- Provide information about new promotional deals, events and current PR campaigns to our media outlets.
- Build and grow our online presence, create and execute content, designs and postings schedule.
- Engage and respond to our online followers and community..
- Respond to enquiries from the public, the media and related organisations.
- Manage social media accounts such as Facebook page, Instagram, Website, and Google+
- Undertake and oversee copywriting, design, production and printing of GCSg collaterals in line with Genius corporate image guidelines
- Manage the production of restaurant photography to ensure it is in line with corporate guidelines
- Perform other job related duties as requested.
Qualifications
- Previous working experience as an Partnerships Manager for 3 year(s)
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communication or similar relevant field
