Install, maintain, operate and support site computing infrastructure and Asset management including Local Area Network, Wintel/Sun Servers & Workstations, Laptops, printers & Personal Productivity devices

Troubleshoot and isolate hardware, software or network faults and resolve them in the shortest possible Time

快速解决如IT系统、硬件、软件、网络等出现的问题

Track and manage problems reported by end-users and provide solutions and proper documentation, whenever necessary

跟踪和管理问题并提供解决方案和撰写文档

Involve in Server Administration such as Print services, Corporate Antivirus, Anti-Spyware, etc.

协助管理维护如提供打印服务、防病毒、安全等方面的服务器

Maintain, operate and support PABX/Phone system and Audio/Video conferencing

管理维护电话系统和音视频会议系统

Supports Remote sites when required

如有需要提供支持给公司其他分部

Upkeep service efficiency and end-user satisfaction levels

提供高效的服务和确保高用户满意度

任职条件

1~3 years’ experience, Fresh graduate can be accepted 1~3年工作经验，接受优秀的应届毕业生

Diploma/College major in Electronics, Computer Science or similar field大专以上学历，电子、计算机科学或相似专业

Working experience in foreign manufacturing company is preferred. 有外企工厂工作经验

Working experience in Windows/Unix/Linux/Network environment will be advantageous 优先考虑有Windows/Unix/Linux/Network方面工作经验的

Windows/Linux/Cisco certification is preferred 有Windows/Linux/Cisco相关认证

English written and oral is required 要求有一定的英语读写和口语

Must have good communication, interpersonal skills，data analysis and willingness to learn 必须有良好的沟通能力、人际关系处理能力、数据分析能力和学习能力

Positive Attitude and Team work 具有积极的工作态度和团队精神
