Grundfos is seeking an exceptional strategy specialist who will build our capability to garner industry acumen and sharpen the transference to action.

**What is the job about?**

This role will be facilitating the regional strategy execution and facilitate strategic projects across the APAC region in close collaboration with CBS Transformation Office. You will be reporting to Senior Regional Sales Director - APAC based in Singapore.

Specifically, you will work to:

- Develop APAC strategic direction together with management team based on Group CBS strategy.
- Support the strategy and deployment process in APAC
- Collaborate with the global transformation team on developing strategic KPI and tools to monitor progress
- Define and support Strategic projects in APAC.
- Together with Area managers define and support local change projects to improve our business short term.
- Prepare and provide relevant information and support needed for better decision-making on specific strategic initiatives
- Formulate and implement concrete plans for explicit strategy deployment actions
- Other ad-hoc tasks or project as and when required

**Your background**:

- Bachelor in business/engineering or equivalent with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate strategy, finance or management consulting, with a focus on strategic planning
- Familiarity with the industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory environment relevant to the company's operations. Proactive in staying updated on emerging trends and best practices in corporate strategy
- Solid experience in data-driven approach to content engagement
- Ability to understand industry and macro trends within APAC
- Possess knowledge and understanding of relevant methods within strategy development
- Highly progressive; comfortable working with ambiguity; ability to prioritize, and to adapt quickly and coordinate multiple priorities and projects with qualitative output.
- High level of knowledge and positive energy; responsible and accountable; respect for diversity of opinions and styles; flexible in approach
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and other languages an added benefit
