Job Title: Personal Assistant to the CEO

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, and create detailed itineraries for the CEO's trips.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO's meetings and events.
- Coordinate and plan events, including business meetings, conferences, and social events.
- Assist the CEO with personal tasks, such as making reservations, purchasing gifts, and managing household staff.
- Conduct research on various topics, such as industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Manage the CEO's expenses and reconcile credit card statements.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably supporting a CEO or other high-level executive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Ability to work independently and with a team, and to take initiative.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
